ACTINI EGG PROCESSING enjoys a history that dates back to more than 50 years of designing and manufacturing ultra-pasteurization lines to extend shelf life and quality of liquid or dried processed eggs.
Our very efficient lines ranging from 400 to 20,000 kg/h (9,000 to 400,000 eggs per our) will provide you with high quality and safe processed eggs. During VIV China 2010 ACTINI - leader in heat treatment technologies - will be pleased to demonstrate the advantages of its new and unique ultra-high pasteurization system OVOFLASH®; flash treatment at 74°C allowing the killing of the germs without damaging the egg functional properties.
