VISA APPLICATION TO CHINA
All foreigners must obtain an entry visa before proceeding to China. Visitors are strongly recommended to process the application one month before departure from the country of origin.
VISITORS WITH INVITATION
All the applicants for visas are required to have an Official Invitation Letter. Our company will coordinate and forward the information of the application for issuing the Invitation Letter which will be ready within 7 working days and presented to your company by fax or email.
Upon receipt of this invitation letter, the applicant is required to present his/her passport, a recent photograph, a completed visa application form (available from local Chinese Embassy or your national visa supplier) and forward to the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate or your visa supplier for completion of the formalities.
• The cost to issue an Invitation Letter for tourism visa application is EUR40.00 per person.
• The cost to issue an Invitation Letter for tourism visa application is EUR15.00 per person if you booked the accommodation for the visit to the VIV through our company.
