September 25, 2012: 08.30 – 15.00 hrs.

Construction hours
For special decoration:
20, 21 September: 8.30 - 17.30 hrs.
22 September: 8.30 - 21.00 hrs.
For standard booth construction:
22 September: 8.30 - 21.00 hrs.

Overtime: Application for this can be done during construction days only, the extra hours are not free of charge and need to be paid onsite in cash at the Customer service centre.

Dismantling hours
September 25, 2010: 15.00 – 21.00 hrs.


How to reach NCIEC?
Good news: the Subway is running from Beijing Down Town to NCIEC.
When arriving at NCIEC only a small distance has to be crossed by foot, about 5 minutes. You may enter the exhibition premises by Gate 7.
We advise our guests to select a hotels along the track of line 15, or take a taxi to Wangjing Station (approx. 10 Yuan) and take then line 15 (2 Yuan) to NCIEC.
Your travel will be fast and cheap.
