Miles Yao
Dr. Jiancong Yao currently works with PIC as its Health Assurance Director for Asia region. Prior to that, he had worked for Boehringer-Ingelheim and United States Department of Agriculture. He had studied virology and earned his Master Degree in Preventive Veterinary Medicine from China Agricultural University; he also holds Master degrees in Agricultural Economics and in General Management, each from Purdue University and Indiana University. Dr. Yao have authored numerous articles on swine diseases, health management, data mining and animal trade subjects.

Ma Chuang
Vice General Manager, Beijing Boyar Communication; Vice Secretary General, Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine (CAAV)

Graduated from South China Agriculture University, Bachelor in animal science in 1990, and got Agriculture economic Bachelorship in China Agriculture University in 1997.

Professional career started in 1990with Ministry of Agriculture, being in charge of National poultry industry administration for 8 years. After that, worked in state own company, China Animal Husbandry Group for 3 years. From 2001-2007, joined Hybro genetic breeding company, party of Nutreco, to be the Country manager to manage the business in China, Korea and Myanmar. From 2007-2011, worked for NGO, China Animal Agriculture Association, as the vice Secretary General. From 2012 till now, working for Beijing Boyar Communication, and to be invited as the vice Secretary General of Chinese Association of Animal science and Veterinary medicine (CAAV).

Ina Enting
Asian Director, Netherlands Agro & Food Technology Centre (NAFTC);
CEO of DMFC

Dr. Ina Enting is an expert and a consultant on the operations and competitiveness of the livestock production chains, at national and international levels. Her main fields of expertise  comprise, but are not limited to: Animal health management, Production performance and efficiency, Slaughtering and quality control, Market access, and International trade. In this capacity, she gave many lectures and trainings with regard to her outstanding knowledge of these fields.

She is a recognized leader in the pork and poultry sectors. After two years working for Wageningen UR in China, she started her own company in 2010 in Beijing, bridging Sino-Dutch business in agro-food (DMFC Beijing). DMFC Beijing has its main office in Beijing and satellite offices in Shanghai and The Netherlands.

Alltech Asia Marketing Manager

In 2008, Apple Zhang graduated from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences majoring in Animal Nutrition. After graduate, she was working at the Asian Agribusiness Consulting , responsible for business development in Asia Pacific region. In 2011, she joined Alltech China Marketing Team and responsible for Alltech Marketing development, product management and branding management. In 2020,  Apple Zhang is nominated as the Marketing Manager for Alltech Asia.

Randy Hou

Randy Hou, Msc. Food Quality Management, graduated from Wageningen University in The Netherlands. 13 years working in HSL, focusing on the certification and quality management related works in animal husbandry and feed industry. He is the Scheme coordinator of EU FAMI-QS & GMP+ certifications, familiar with related regulations and requirements in both China and EU.

Mr. Yang Lei, the General Manager of Suzhou Aspire Agritech Consulting Co., Ltd., studied and received degrees in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine and Integrated Farm-management and Balanced Agricultural, Husbandry Production in China and Denmark. Having worked for 20 years in the pig industry, he participated and led many swine projects in terms of site selection, design, production and training. He was the former Chief Commercial Officer of Danbred China, responsible for the development and maintenance of Chinese market, he has a deep understanding and grasp of the production management technology Danish technology and Danish genetics. He was the former Managing Director & Partner of Carthage & MHJ Agritech Consulting (Suzhou) Co,. Ltd., responsible for company operation, resource integration from North and South America, Europe and Asia, and market development in China and other parts of Asia.

With his love and passion for providing technical service to the pig industry, he cofounded Suzhou Aspire Agritech Consulting Co., Ltd. in 2019 to continue his dedication to the industry. Also as a cofounder of CM Investment Management Co,. Ltd., he is active in pig farm investment. One the projects he invested in is located in Beijing with 2500 sows, it is a combination of producing breeding stocks, testing, animal welfare demonstration and training.
